In compliance with the requirements of articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the conditions for processing your personal data regarding navigation on this website are listed below.

1. Owner, data controller and place of processing. The owner and data controller is Eng. Pierluigi Santagati (AC Welding), with registered office in Villarbasse (TO), in Piazza Municipio 3/A - email: p.santagati@acwelding.it.

2. Data collection.

Personal and navigation data:

"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more elements characteristic of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Browsing data:

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected with the purpose of being associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

Data provided voluntarily by the user:

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site and/or the completion of the information request form entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data acquired subsequently.

3. Purpose of data processing. Personal data, voluntarily provided, will be processed for the following purposes:
- browsing on this website;
- any compilation of any data collection form for contact/information/quote requests or related topics;
- administrative-accounting activities in general, connected to the performance of organizational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, internal organizational activities, those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, information activities pursue these purposes.

The personal data provided in filling in the data collection forms on our website (name, email address) will be processed, with prior consent, by the Data Controller and the Data Processor exclusively to provide the requested commercial and promotional information and for statistical purposes.

4. Method of processing. The processing will be carried out in an automated manner, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed to do so in compliance with the provisions of articles 13-14 of the GDPR. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

5. Storage, Communication and Transfer of data. The data provided will not be disclosed in any way. The data may be communicated to companies contractually linked to AC Welding only in order to comply with the contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories: persons providing services for the management of the information system used by AC Welding and telecommunications networks; firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. The persons belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of managers is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of AC Welding, with registered and administrative office in Villarbasse (TO). Any further communication or dissemination will only take place with your explicit consent.

6. Data retention: In compliance with specific regulatory obligations, the data will be retained for 10 years from the termination of the business relationship, except for the need to protect rights in court.

7. Rights of the interested party. For all rights pursuant to articles 7, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the interested party has the right to: access personal data (request for confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and the right to their communication in an intelligible form); obtain information on the processing (indication of the origin of the personal data, purposes and methods of processing, identification details of the Data Controller and the Data Processor, the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may legitimately become aware of them); obtain an intervention on the data (updating, rectification, integration of data; cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed). For legitimate reasons, the interested party has the right to object - in whole or in part - to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection. 8. Changes to the privacy policy.

The Owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The interested party is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the information will contain the indication of the date of update of the information. Use of the site, after the publication of the changes, will constitute acceptance of the same.
