Consulting activities in welding of aluminum alloys

AC Welding deals in general with welding of any type of aluminum alloy component, also for repair procedures in all industrial sectors.

The typical processes that AC Welding works with are TIG, MIG (also advanced applications such as Fronius CMT) and FSW.

AC Welding also boasts four years of experience in the aerospace sector in the welding of 2thousand series alloys, known by the trade name Avional, welded using even unconventional processes such as friction welding, in particular Friction Stir Welding (FSW).

Consulting activities in robotic welding

AC Welding boasts an ongoing collaboration with one of the largest companies in the industrial robotics sector, with which it carries out international projects in the naval carpentry and automotive sectors.

For this reason, AC Welding can offer you its experience in the robotic welding sector in order to optimize your robotic cells, or support you in evaluating the possible inclusion of a robot in your company.

It is also possible to agree on training courses to approach robotic welding and learn about its pros and cons from a technical engineering point of view.

Optimization of welding processes

You can request AC Welding's consultancy to optimize welding processes in many aspects:

  • Improve the quality of welds;

  • Improve productivity without compromising the quality of welded joints;

Customized training is a strong point of AC Welding. To organize a training course tailored to your specific needs, both for individuals and companies, both theoretical and practical, you can contact us at any time.

We will arrange an introductory interview aimed at understanding your needs, following which AC Welding will provide you with a personalized quote in terms of how the course will be conducted (online, at your premises, etc.), number of days, topics covered and material provided.

AC Welding also provides consultancy services aimed at obtaining welder qualifications and welding procedures.

 

NOTE: Training courses can be provided by AC Welding in both Italian and English.

CAD design and technical drawing

We provide technical drawing services for mechanical parts and welded joints (according to ISO 2553) in both 2D and 3D.

Consulting service for the creation and sizing of mechanical components with structural optimization of the component and creation of the CAD drawing.

AC Welding can also provide a training service on the topics of welded joint design and related drafting.

Non-destructive testing

AC Welding has level 2 certifications according to ISO 9712 in the visual (VT), penetrant liquid (PT), radiographic film interpretation (RT-FI) methods.

For these methods AC Welding offers the service of operator of non-destructive controls on welded joints and metal components in general, both for inspection activities and for support in case of activities towards your suppliers or customers.
